We recommend using our SWIMCRAB Jig Head for a few key reasons, most importantly it helps keep the SWIMCRAB swimming straight on the retrieve by keeping the weight lower and underneath the round profile.
Secondly it helps the lure sit up when making contact with the bottom to keep the hook away from rocks/snags and has a natural defensive crab stance.
